The room in front of the tv. Very helpful staff gave advice on things to do. This hotel was located in a very central area not far from Poole Quay and town centre, the quayside in the middle of old Poole, and town centre and harbour. I visited Portsmouth Hoy near the venue for a few drinks...

Fairly clean hotel in a peaceful location, very clean bed. Easy to reach from Bournemouth airport, 25 minutes drive. Savoury food, great service. The easy check-in along with the amicable staff.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location (15 minutes walk to the ferry port) was perfect. The room was large and tastefully decorated.
There was no lift, but the receptionist helped to carry the luggage. The bathroom was large, but there were hardly any shelves.

Very charming, beautifully located, typical English Inn/ Hotel. Extremely friendly and always helpful staff.
Pretty audible, especially the music from the pub in the evening, but that was also part of the charm of the whole experience and at 11 pm it was quiet anyway.

Central location, vibrant bar scene, outdoor seating area
Rooms felt old and dated!!! The internet connection was troublesome, and the bathroom fixtures could use immediate repairs. A little more attention to cleanliness wouldn't hurt!!!
